The venue is one of our retreaters favorite parts of the trip - a beautiful, cozy cabin nestled in the mountains of North Carolina with a private, heated yoga pavilion.
Meet the hosts!
Allie Hauck, RYT200, LPC
Allie is a licensed professional counselor, yoga teacher, and always, ALWAYS has glitter for you to put on your face and in your hair. She’s here to help you connect to yourself and the group through movement, intentional rest, and a ton of play.
Meg Sangimino, ERYT200
Meg is the primary organizer, behind-the-scenes numbers gal, and keeper of snacks. She also teaches yoga, meditation, and you can find her in the kitchen obsessing over Sonja’s cooking abilities.
Casey Jean Miller, ERYT500
Casey Jean is our keeper of the teas, herbalist, aromatherapy wizard, and yoga teacher. Her business, Jean’s Apothecare, nourishes the retreat with tea, roll ons, candles, and so much more while she bops around and helps everyone have an amazing, relaxing time.
